Embodied — Winter Round A closed six-month container, October to March
As we move toward autumn, where the light's starting to pull back, have you noticed it's already happening? The evenings are closing in earlier, and everything in nature is beginning its long exhale.
Most of us have been taught to fight this. To keep producing, keep striving, keep performing summer-brightness through the dead of winter. But your body already knows another way. It knows how to rest without disappearing. How to turn inward without shutting down. How to be held.
This is Embodied — my closed group at Grow Yoga. Six months, one 90-minute session each month, October through March, the darkest stretch of the year, spent in community instead of isolation.
We'll meet on Sunday October 25th, November 22nd, December 13th, January 24th, February 28th and March 28th, at 7:00pm.
We'll move. We'll settle into the body as friend rather than project. And we'll practise receivership where we let yourself be met, seen, and supported, instead of always being the one who holds it together.
This space is for you if you're longing to support yourself holistically, in a group setting — and I want to name this clearly: it's completely okay to feel nervous, unsure, excited, resistant, or all of the above. You don't need to feel "ready" to join. You are welcome exactly as you are.
If you’ve done this work with me before, so you know it's not about getting anywhere. It's about coming home to yourself, one season at a time.
We keep this group closed because something happens when the same women gather again and again. Trust builds. Community deepens. The body softens more quickly when it knows who it's with. We each become part of the medicine.
Join us this round - just two spaces left!
